Our Story


Restaurant St. Lawrence, in the small town of Hurstbridge, is a restaurant which prides itself on food and wine grown and produced as local as possible.


Daniel and Emily opened the doors to the 25 seater restaurant in August 2019. They met working as chefs in a regional, hatted restaurant and both dreamed of creating something for themselves focusing on produce from the area they grew up in, whilst bringing people together over an exciting food experience.


They aim for local sourced produce to be a feature on a monthly changing, seasonal menu.
