Restaurant St. Lawrence, in the small town of Hurstbridge, is a restaurant which prides itself on food and wine grown and produced as local as possible.
Daniel and Emily opened the doors to the 40 seater restaurant in August 2019. They met working as chefs in a regional, hatted restaurant and both dreamed of creating something for themselves focusing on produce from the area they grew up in, whilst bringing people together over shared style dining.
They aim for home grown produce to be a feature on a seasonal, ever changing menu; only serving produce which has low food miles and is in its seasonal prime.
The menu will also feature some produce which has been grown specifically for the restaurant by Daniel and Emily.
